I am Jasper Moshe. 21 years of age. I'm currently enrolled with North West University. Doing my second year at bachelor of administration with Human Resource Management.

How would you describe yourself in less than 100 words?
=> I am a simple and religious person. I am very focused on who I will become in the future. I am a very dedicated person with many aspirations and goals to fulfill. I'm always eager to learn new things and I don't just let go of opportunities that easily. With what my family has been through or what we go through it's something that motivates me to make sure that I do whatever it takes to prosper in life. I have so many responsibilities that I've put on my shoulders and I'm fighting hard to make it in life.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5-10 years?
=> Over the next few years, I want to explore and develop skills in Human Resource Management platforms. In five years, I want to have gained experience in leading projects for major clients. I will be looking for opportunities to expand my responsibilities within this role to work towards my goal. I want to be independent and change my family's situation. And I want to be someone that everyone around me looks up to.

Are you involved in any extra-curricular activities/side hustles? If so, can you tell us about them.
=> No, I'm mostly focused on my studies.

What has been your proudest achievement to date?
=> My proudest achievement is making it to University to pursue my studies and the results I keep getting from my university studies.

If you could change one thing in South Africa and make it better, what would it be?
=> Declare a moratorium on BEE.
